The Kirkland Museum has a nationally important display of 20th-century decorative arts, with more than 3,300 works on view of Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau, Glasgow Style, Wiener Werkstätte, De Stijl, Bauhaus, Art Deco, Modern and Pop Art.
We laughed. We cried. We toured some of Denver's finest mid-century modern dwellings; learned and networked and socialized with Denver’s most marvelous moderns. And a happy history was made in the cross-pollination of our Historic Denver & Kirkland Museum friends. The sun has set on the Summer of Modernism.
